The people on ASTN are building real wealth, and they come here to sharpen their judgment every day. By the time they reach your offering, they know what to ask.

How the room works

• Your listing says what your filings say. Members read the same terms in plain words, so the questions that reach you are better ones.
• We take no share of what you raise. Membership is a flat fee, whatever you raise.
• When an investor's advisor asks about your offering, we introduce you by email and step out. The investor's name stays private.
• The House Rules describe how the room works: your listing matches your filing, nothing promises a return, and everyone deals plainly. They take a few minutes to read, and agreeing to them comes before your first offering.

One membership, two sizes. Pay a flat fee, not a percentage.

  For a partner bringing several raises to the room. We set the size together.
