ASTN collects information necessary to operate and improve the Platform. This may include:
- Account information such as name, email address, and profile details provided during registration.
- Identity verification information when you choose to verify your identity through our third-party provider (Plaid). This includes your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and address. This information is collected solely for regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) and is never used for marketing or shared with advertisers.
- Financial account information that you choose to connect through Plaid. ASTN stores account balances and institution names to power portfolio features. We never store account numbers, routing numbers, or login credentials.
- Learning activity such as Reps session results, Financial IQ progression, and deal engagement. This data is used to adapt your educational experience and is never sold or shared with third parties.
2. How We Use Information
ASTN uses information to provide the Platform, maintain security, adapt your educational experience based on your learning progress, communicate with you about your account and the service, and improve product functionality. We only store what we need to run the product. We do not use your data against you, and we do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. AI and Automated Processing
Certain product features may use artificial intelligence systems to generate insights, summaries, or educational responses. Sensitive personal information is removed or de-identified prior to processing by third-party AI providers where applicable.
4. Sharing of Information
ASTN does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers that support the operation of the Platform, including payment processing, financial connectivity, hosting infrastructure, identity verification, and analytics.
ASTN may also share aggregated or anonymized information for reporting or operational insights that does not identify individual users.

ASTN retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
