ASTN does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any opportunity, advisor, transaction, or outcome.

ASTN provides financial education tools and informational materials. ASTN is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, funding portal, or securities exchange and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information available through the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement of any investment, transaction, or strategy.
4. Third-Party Opportunities
Opportunities, issuers, brands, advisors, or counterparties referenced through the Platform are independent third parties. 5. User Accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use ASTN. Users ages 14 to 17 may access educational features only, including Reps and Financial IQ. Access to investment opportunities, financial services, identity verification, and related features requires users to be at least 18 years old. Additional verification may be required where applicable, including KYC/AML compliance and accredited investor status verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
ASTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any investment decisions or actions taken based on information made available through the Platform or any third-party services accessed through the Platform. Users acknowledge that any decisions to pursue, evaluate, or participate in opportunities referenced on the Platform are made independently and at the user’s sole discretion and risk.
8. No Guarantee of Access or Outcomes
ASTN makes no representations or guarantees regarding access to any investment opportunity, advisor, brand relationship, sponsorship, deal, equity allocation, or financial outcome. Participation on the ASTN platform does not entitle any user to receive access to, be selected for, or complete any transaction, opportunity, or relationship. All decisions regarding participation, allocation, acceptance, or engagement are made solely by the applicable third parties and are outside of ASTN’s control.
